PACIFIC RIM ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Walk into the Los Angeles-based Pacific Rim Electrophysiology Research Institute and you’ll immediately be struck by the remarkable attention to detail Dr. Koonlawee Nademanee, internationally acclaimed electrophysiologist, has paid to the patient experience. A giant in his understanding of the power of theater to shape the customer experience, he has created a serene, beautiful setting that instantly evokes healing.

In addition to his innate artistic abilities, Dr. Nademanee has developed an advanced cardiac electrophysiology procedure (EP) that offers new hope to patients suffering from EP problems—and has offices on the campus of White Memorial Medical Center  as well in Hawaii and Thailand. So when we were hired to help tell his story, we knew we had to have photos up to the task of depicting the Institute. These became the centerpiece of a sophisticated direct mail piece that we created announcing the grand opening of the institute in LA.

Additionally, we developed a corporate identity package that not only gave a nod to his Asian heritage, but gave rise to a business system that mirrored the visual excellence found in the Institute’s interior design.
