New urgent care builds business faster than projected

 

CHALLENGE: Need to drive traffic quickly to a new Adventist Health urgent care clinic.

SOLUTION: Develop a campaign concept that telegraphs the brand promise, is memorable and differentiates the clinic from competitors. Use traditional and digital media to create awareness and drive patient traffic to new clinic. Develop microsite to deliver a strategically-controlled viewer experience designed to close the sale.

RESULT: After launch, clinic ran 400 patients per month above projections. After six months, digital presence rose to dominate first page of Google search results for related keywords.
