New urgent care builds business faster than projected

 

CHALLENGE: Need to drive traffic quickly to a new Adventist Health urgent care clinic to help build volumes and to transition unnecessary emergency room visits to a more appropriate setting.

SOLUTION: Develop a campaign concept that telegraphs the brand promise, is memorable, and differentiates the clinic from competitors. Use traditional and digital media to create awareness and drive patient traffic to new clinic. Develop microsite to deliver a strategically-controlled viewer experience designed to direct traffic to the new facility.

RESULT: Soon after launch, clinic saw 400 patients per month above projections. Within the first six months digital presence rose to dominate first page of Google search results for related keywords, the video had more than 9,000 views and pay-per-click ads had 2,066 clicks and 332,403 impressions.
