At the heart of my work is the belief that leaders must address the signals their decisions and behaviors send—as well as the words and channels they use. So I define communication more broadly than one typically sees.
For that reason, we touch on everything from presence to effective storytelling to aligning teams with change initiatives. And we polish your narrative and key messages, anchoring them to what the audience cares most about.We encompass areas of communication most leaders were never taught, but that have a profound impact on their success.

Master class participants require as little as 90 minutes a month.
Coachees have engaged for weekly or monthly sessions for as little as one hour—and as many three hours a week during intense periods.
Because coaching helps with focus, leaders often find it frees them of less important tasks and allows them to focus on higher impact.I expect my coaching to be an accelerator, helping them gain the clarity, focus, mindsets and skills it might otherwise have taken much longer to mastery.
Most find that this mastery moves faster with a coach than if left to learn on one’s own. -
Right now, we offer eight 90-minute modules, but we are always building out our curriculum. And we also create custom courses for clients to address areas they need immediate improvement on.

Coaching engagements vary based on scope.
Master classes are priced by the participant. Generally there are no more than 20 in a class; our minimum pricing starts at 8.
Our Moments content package is a subscription service based on total number of employees.
