HOW IT WORKS
You purchase a one-year subscription for graphic design and creative services—choosing the package that is right for you. (Each package has different discount levels—the more you buy, the more you save.)
We set up a private digital assets page showing all the creative work we produce for you—so you have an at-a-glance view of projects. (See sample below.)
You place an order for a design project*—either with a phone call or by filling out a fast form—and supply us with the content.
Once we have all the information from you, we’ll give you a price on your project within 24 hours on most business days—and a delivery promise.
Once approved, you’ll have it in your email on the day we promised—at the price we promised.
There’s no monthly retainer—you pay only for what you use each month. You’ll need to meet the annual contracted amount, but can spread it out over the months as your work flow ebbs and flows.
*Other creative services may include services like communication planning, digital communication audits that provide you with a summary of brand perceptions based on your website and social media channels, mission communication strategy and tool development, internal communication planning and tools. However, these may not be fast-tracked like our graphic design services are.
